Our client is the only company that provides all key technologies to control vehicles remotely and safely. Companies save lives and save money by deploying teleoperation platform in their autonomous fleets – cars, trucks, forklifts, shuttles and other types of vehicles.
The company’s first product is a universal teleoperation platform, which allows a human operator to monitor and control any type of vehicle from thousands of miles away.
Key Responsibilities:
Architect, design and develop complex applications.
Develop services from scratch and help lead the future architecture of the product
Research new technologies and incorporate them into Ottopia’s product.
Contribute to tools that make your work more effective.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to their work.
Work with the company’s leadership in bringing the product vision to life.
Integrate your code with our customers’ stacks, which power the world’s autonomous machines (e.g. cars, forklifts, delivery robots, trucks and others).
Knowledge & Skills:
7+ years in developing backend services in any typed high-level language (Go or .Net core is an advantage)
Experience in developing in a microservices based environment (e.g. Kubernetes, Amazon ECS\EKS, Docker & Docker Compose)
Experience in working with one of the major cloud providers is required (AWS is preferred)
Experience in working with various databases (e.g. MySQL, Prometheus), big data products (e.g. ELK, Spark), caching services (e.g. Redis, AWS ElastiCache) and messaging queues (e.g. Kafka, RabbitMQ) is a huge advantage
Being a great team player is a must.
The following skills are highly preferable:
Experience in developing customer-facing APIs is an advantage
Experience in developing cloud native applications and using CNCF approved tools (e.g. KeyCloak, Kong, Traefik).
Previous startup experience is a plus.
Qualifications:
B.Sc./M.Sc. in computer science, electrical/computer engineering or service in an elite technological unit.
